Responsible for non-standard and standard automation design, develop, and implement software solutions, create robust and efficient software platform. Automation project management(opportunity capture/feasibility evaluation/ risk assessment/ proposal review/ specification define/ machine buy-off). Collaborate with cross functional BU and sister site production team and outside vendors to ensure successful integration. Collaborate with each BU to develop universal AI inspection platform for PCBA and Box build inspection. Responsible for C#-based host computer software development, ensuring efficient and stable system operation. Proficient in Python for automation script development and optimization. Experienced in developing or using vision software such as IMVS, VisionPro, or Halcon. Has experience in integrating with major brand robotic arms and PLCs. Capable of independently completing the design, debugging, and implementation of software components for automation projects. Strong problem solving skills and adaptability to unique challenges.
